You can check the search and removal progress of your personal information on the activity log in your Ironwall portal.
Log in with your email and password to access the activity log. Once there, you’ll see a table of potential exposures. The status of each one is displayed on the right-hand side.
You can also filter through these entries by status and by name (if you have family members on your account). To see more details, click (or tap) on an entry. This opens a card containing information including:
- Status
- Whether your information was exposed (the potential exposure was confirmed)
- The site name and URL of the exposure
- The date of the last status change
- Notes documenting the actions taken, for example, when a removal request was sent to a site, or when your information was removed.
