You can manage notifications through your Ironwall portal. These notifications keep you updated on what actions we have taken to protect your data privacy, including sites we’ve searched, whether or not your data was found, when removal requests have been sent, and when your data has been removed.
You can control where and how frequently (if at all) you receive these notifications. To do this:
- Log in to your Ironwall portal.
- Select “profile” in the top right-hand corner.
- Go to “contact preferences.”
- Select where you’d like to receive notifications.
- Select how often you want to receive notifications: Each time data is removed, weekly, monthly, or never.
- Click (or tap) “apply changes” to save your preferences.
