Paid Ironwall services renew automatically at the end of each billing period, charging your selected payment method unless you cancel automatic payments before the renewal date. You have the right to cancel your account at any time.

If you’d still like to cancel automatic renewal, please follow the instructions below. Once canceled, your account and its information will be deleted in the Ironwall portal within 7 days.
If you’re an organization admin
As an administrator of an organization with a subscription to Ironwall by Incogni, you can cancel the subscription of your entire organization or remove employees from your plan.In both cases, you can contact our sales team to make changes to or cancel your organization's subscription.
If you’re an employee of an organization covered by Ironwall
As an employee on a company plan, your account is paid for by your employer. However, if you’d still like to cancel your account, you’re free to do so.
If you’re an individual paying for your own subscription, you can stop recurring payments by canceling your account.
